This model specially designed for drying idlers is a high-performance three-phase dryer that has a drying capacity of 1,728 4" to 5" idlers. The TRK 2.0R controller works with a 13” color touch screen where it is possible to perform all dryer operations, including schedule management, current cycle trend display, dehumidifier operating mode configuration, status from wood moisture and more.
Each dryer includes; the heat pump unit, an insulated drying chamber, air handling components and PLC based electrical controls with an intuitive display for the operator. Heat pumps are very efficient and only need electricity to work, so fuel consumption and emissions produced by combustion are eliminated. In addition, the camera is optimized to facilitate loading and unloading.
