Reconditioning of cold chamber to dry and cure sausages
The company "Cecinas el Espino" is aware that the quality of the sausage not only depends on its own composition, but also on the drying method used. The meat drying process not only needs to remove water from the material to achieve the standard moisture content of a finished product, but also to control the color, taste, shape (appearance) and other visual index requirements. To ensure that the product will not rot, ferment or deteriorate during its shelf life.
The project led by TROCKNNER consisted of reconditioning an old cold room and installing TROCK - K08 drying equipment. Currently, the chamber is used for drying and curing meat. The installed system can process up to 1400 kg of this product per batch. Our drying equipment offers total temperature control, good color and an excellent taste of the finished product.
Recovery of fruit discards
The company "SILE FOOD" requires rescuing rejected fresh fruit, especially due to discards (color, size, fruit damaged by hail, ripe fruit, etc.). The objective is to prevent them from ending up in the landfill. So, it must be processed to create high-quality food products. Sile F ood is a recycling technology company that is actively reducing food waste. He works with farmers, processors and retailers to create a support network where he rescues the less than perfect supply and puts it through his innovative process where it is re-entered the food chain, lighter and better than ever.
Soap drying
There are many soap entrepreneurs who decide to stop their production in winter and combine their elaborations in the warmest period of the year, but for that you have to have time, good planning, a large drying area and enough raw materials available, with the financial outlay that this can entail and that many entrepreneurs in the field do not have. A national and innovative entrepreneurship in the production of soaps decided to acquire a single-phase TROCKNNER drying equipment that is characterized by being economical, mobile and ideal for processing 80 - 130 kg of soap per drying cycle.
