Firewood drying is now more affordable and easier to achieve with TROCKNNER equipment

The TROCK - FIREWOOD model is part of the mobile wood dryer line. A great advantage of these devices is that they offer a constant drying effect throughout the year in any type of climate, thus ensuring stable performance. This model has a drying capacity of 14m3 of firewood. Each dryer comes with a TRK03R PRO unit, an insulated drying chamber, components for handling humid air and a PLC-based electrical control system, including an intuitive operator display.

The key to its effectiveness lies in the heat recovery technology incorporated in its cooling system, which allows that during the wood drying process the only emission produced is water in the form of condensate, thus minimizing energy loss and making the process much more efficient and environmentally friendly. It is worth noting that these TROCKNNER drying systems have a remarkable capacity, being able to dry up to 280 25 kg bags of firewood, which represents a considerable capacity to meet the drying needs of various firewood stores. This makes the TROCK - FIREWOOD model a valuable and effective tool for professionals in the sector who seek to optimize their resources and time without sacrificing quality in the firewood drying process.

The TROCK – FIREWOOD model uses the TRK03R PRO equipment. The main advantage of this equipment is its single-phase power supply. In addition, the heat pump uses an improved vapour injection compressor, which means that in cold climates the heating efficiency can be increased by 10% to 20% compared to normal compressors. Drying can be carried out at a temperature of 60 to 65 °C and to reduce the moisture content from 50% to 20% the drying time is around 24 to 36 hours.
