Description

A TROCKNNER dryer uses an advanced cooling system to remove moisture. A major advantage of this type of system is that it continuously recycles heat instead of exhausting hot air, as a conventional dryer does. It is therefore more energy efficient and typically has lower operating costs. The TROCKNNER dryer uses the reverse Carnot principle to absorb heat from the air. By introducing a small amount of electrical energy (1 kWh) into the drying room, 4 kWh of energy can be generated, thereby increasing the temperature in the chamber, allowing the drying of various materials.

The reason a TRK - K SERIES drying system costs less to operate even though a conventional system burns cheaper fuel is the ability to conserve energy by recycling heat. Since heat is constantly recycled, the amount of electricity demanded by the system is small, so it outperforms a conventional system that may use cheaper fuel, but needs much more of that fuel to do the same job.

Use is not restricted by weather : Whether it is cloudy or rainy, day or night, windy or snowy, the operation is stable 24 hours a day.

Energy saving : TROCKNNER high temperature dryer uses electric power to operate. The cost of drying operation is only 40% of that of a fuel dryer, 60% of that of a coal dryer, and 30% of that of electric heating equipment, which represents an energy saving of up to 60% compared to that of ordinary drying equipment.

Good drying effect: The finished product after drying has very good color, aroma and individual shape. The drying is uniform, there are no dead corners in the drying room, and there will be no dry or moldy materials in any corner.

The operation is intelligent and does not require special personnel: An intelligent microcomputer developed by the owner is used as a controller. It avoids consuming a large amount of manpower and material resources, since the unit operates automatically without manual reaction; special personnel are not required to take care of the dryer as is the case with coal or wood boilers.

Safety: Electrical separation technology is adopted and there is no danger of electric shock, electric leakage, flammable fire, explosion, etc. There is no need for annual inspection like boilers.

Environmental protection: TROCKNNER high temperature dryer uses electric energy, which does not pollute the dried materials or the environment, achieving the goal of zero polluting emissions. In addition, the problem of environmental protection inspection of coal and oil boilers and other equipment is eliminated.

High thermal energy utilization rate: The dehumidification system adopts three waste heat recovery technologies to quickly discharge water without losing heat. The unique waste heat recovery technology, which does not reduce the temperature during dehumidification, has a more obvious energy-saving effect in winter, saving at least 30% more energy than the ordinary heat pump dryer.

Simple operation and maintenance: intuitive programmable touch screen controller; equipment maintenance only requires regular cleaning of the heat exchangers.
