Based on our 5 years' experience in the drying industry of tobacco, fruits and vegetables, medicinal materials, food and aquatic products, and combined with the three-dimensional flow aerodynamic design technology of aviation engines, we have developed a series of pressurized axial flow fans for drying, which are characterized by large fan flow rate, high dynamic and static pressure, higher penetration, larger conveying capacity, uniform temperature, high efficiency and low noise. It can greatly improve the airflow effect and effectively solve problems such as uneven wind conditions before and after materials, blind areas in the middle of ventilation and slow drying speed. In terms of structure, performance and installation design, the high-efficiency pressurized axial flow fan highlights the following characteristics:

  1. The booster fan optimizes the perfect combination between stationary grinding blades and operating moving blades on the basis of a general-purpose fan.
  2. The pressurized stationary blade converts a portion of the kinetic energy consumed by the rotating blade into static pressure through channel expansion.
  3. The rotating airflow generated by the work of the moving blades is converted into an advection airflow, which improves the dynamic pressure supply capacity and further extends it (the ratio of air volume supply distance to dynamic pressure Pd = ρ * V ² / 2)。
  4. Due to the change in airflow direction of the booster fan, the airflow passes directly through the middle of each layer of material, with a uniform flow rate that is not easily blocked and small loss of kinetic energy.
  5. The motor adopts a dedicated fan motor, with the power cord led out at the rear end to reduce airflow resistance and increase flow; driven by high flow rate, high dynamic pressure and static pressure, it has stronger penetration, longer air supply distance, more uniform temperature, high efficiency and low noise.
  6. Installation method of this type of fan: pipe type, square type, fixed type, simple and practical structure.
  7. The fan design is perfectly combined with a dedicated motor, air collector, rectifying stationary blades and a movable impeller. It has a beautiful appearance, short axial dimensions of the fan, and is convenient for user installation and maintenance. Compared with general-purpose fans, this type of fan reduces noise by 3% and improves static pressure efficiency by more than 30%. According to the drying requirements of different materials, industries and environments, three series of fans: ZYF crop drying series, BKF stainless steel series and CBF explosion-proof series have been designed for customers to choose from.
