Description

A dehumidifying dryer uses a heat pump system to remove moisture. A main advantage of this type of system is that it continuously recycles heat instead of expelling hot air, as a conventional dryer does. Therefore, it is more energy efficient and its operating cost is usually lower. The TROCKNNER dryer uses the reverse Carnot principle to absorb heat from the air. By entering a small amount of electrical energy (1 kWh) to the drying room, 4 kWh of energy can be generated, and in this way the temperature in the chamber is increased, which allows the drying of different materials.

The reason a dehumidification system costs less to operate even though a conventional system burns cheaper fuel is because of the ability to conserve energy by recycling heat. Since the heat is constantly recycled, the amount of electricity demanded by the system is small, thus outperforming a conventional system that can use cheaper fuel, but needs much more of that fuel to do the same job.

The equipment is composed of compressor, condenser (heater), throttling device (electronic expansion valve), evaporator (heat absorber) and other devices to form a circulation system for the refrigerant. The refrigerant circulates in the system under the action of the compressor that drives and heats the gas (the temperature can reach up to 120°C).

After entering the condenser, high-temperature heat is released to heat the air in the drying room. At the same time, the refrigerant cools down and becomes a liquid which flows into the evaporator, where the liquid quickly evaporates and absorbs heat to return to its gas state again, and the temperature drops to -20 ~ 30°C. At this time, humid air flows around the evaporator continuously, producing dehumidifying effect.

Consuming a large amount of labor and material resources is avoided, since the unit works automatically without manual reaction; It is not necessary a special staff to take care of the dryer as if it happens in coal or wood boilers.

Safety: Electrical separation technology is adopted, and there is no danger of electric shock, electric leakage, flammable fire, explosion, etc. There is no need for an annual inspection like boilers.

Environmental protection: TROCKNNER 's high temperature dryer uses electrical energy, which does not pollute the dried materials or the environment, achieving the goal of zero polluting emissions. In addition, the problem of environmental protection inspection of coal and oil boilers and other equipment is eliminated.

High utilization rate of thermal energy: The dehumidification system adopts three waste heat recovery technologies to quickly discharge water without losing heat. The unique waste heat recovery technology, which does not lower the temperature during dehumidification, has more obvious energy-saving effect in winter, saving at least 30% more energy than ordinary heat pump dryer.
