When choosing heat pump drying equipment, it is important to "look at what is offered."
Heat pump drying is a meticulous system that ranges from equipment selection to construction of drying spaces, ventilation duct design, material placement and processing. Properly choosing drying equipment requires a detailed analysis of the region, season, material characteristics and drying process requirements. This is key to ensuring the efficiency, energy savings and drying quality of the system.
There are four types of heat pump dryers based on drying temperature: low temperature (10 - 45°C), medium temperature (45 - 65°C), high temperature (65 - 85°C), and ultra-high temperature (85 - 105°C). There are also two categories based on heat source: open-loop heat pumps and closed-loop heat pumps. In open-loop heat pumps, the outdoor unit collects energy from the environment and the indoor unit releases energy into the drying space, converting moisture from objects into gas and expelling it. Closed-loop heat pumps, on the other hand, have the evaporator and condenser inside the drying space, where the heat pump plays the role of continuously circulating and heating the air, condensing water by absorbing heat from the hot, humid air and promoting drying and dehydration of materials in a repetitive process.
To maximise the benefits of both drying systems, TROCKNNER has innovatively developed a variety of drying products. These are tailored to meet the specific drying demands of different regions, seasons, material types and customers.
1. Dehumidifier dryer with integrated closed-loop heat pump
TROCKNNER's industrial product for constant temperature dehumidification efficiently integrates dehumidification, heating and drying functions, significantly increasing its dehumidifying capacity. It features a novel design of nine fans that distribute heat evenly over the material, leaving no gaps, thus ensuring homogeneous drying in different areas. Its standard design eliminates the need to install additional fans or connect copper pipes, which represents a significant saving in labor costs. This system allows for variable configurations for drying rooms; a room with a single machine or a double machine in series can be chosen, depending on the specific drying needs.
It has a closed circuit system that prevents the effectiveness of dehumidification and heating from being compromised by external conditions, working optimally even in extreme temperatures of up to -30 °C. The temperature of the expelled air ranges between 38 °C and 85 °C, allowing it to adapt to a wide variety of drying and dehumidification processes.
The series of closed-loop heat pump dehumidifier dryers is offered in four different designs: nine-wind, top-air outlet, bottom-air outlet and tunnel type. The nine-wind model is further classified as TRK7R, TRK13R and TRK15R, adapting to the desired air outlet, whether top, bottom or integrated into the tunnel. For the tunnel model, there are six variants: TRK6R, TRK7R, TRK13R, TRK15R, TRK20R and TRK25R.
2. Closed loop split heat pump dehumidifier dryer
Through our patented technology, we achieve a faster heating speed and a much higher dehumidification capacity compared to traditional products. The performance of our drying room dehumidification and heating system remains constant regardless of ambient temperature variations, operating even under severe cold conditions down to -30°C. Thanks to its modular design, installation is flexible and simple, allowing for seamless integration with different drying room structures, making it ideal for renovations of old spaces. In addition, our system features segmented control for temperature and humidity in ten different sections, facilitating fully automatic and intelligent operation that saves time, worry and effort, thus ensuring superior drying quality.
3. Dryer with integrated heating and cooling heat pump
The integrated design allows switching between cold and hot drying modes according to the needs of different materials. Its intelligent control system ensures precise regulation of temperature and humidity, resulting in superior drying quality. It features advanced PLC three-dimensional programming technology and an easy-to-operate visual interface, ideal for automated and unattended processes. It is compatible with high ambient temperatures and warm seasons, favoring customized drying requirements, and its integral design simplifies installation.
4. Split heating air energy heat pump dryer
It supports dual modes of cold and heat. The temperature of the drying room is 65℃ for the normal temperature model and 85℃ for the high temperature model. It adopts multi-stage control, realizes intelligent operation, is more convenient to use and saves labor costs; split design, flexible installation, can be freely combined according to the size of the drying room and the number of drying; this product is suitable for use in areas with higher temperatures or seasons with higher temperatures.
