Drying blueberries | TROCKNNER fruit dehydrator
How to dry blueberries?
TROCKNNER dryers are highly efficient equipment designed for drying a wide variety of fruits and vegetables, including blueberries.
Steps
The temperature for drying blueberries should be between 45°C and 55°C, which preserves the color and nutrients of the blueberries while allowing them to dry completely. Generally, the temperature control of TROCKNNER dryers is automatic and can be adjusted according to the selected drying program.
Before drying blueberries, you will need to wash them thoroughly and remove any bad or overripe blueberries. Place the blueberries on the tray of your dryer and follow the operating instructions for the appliance. Drying time depends on your equipment and the quantity and humidity of the blueberries, usually 12 to 18 hours.
Attention
Once the blueberries are completely dry and free of moisture, they can be removed from the TROCK - FOOD Drying System and stored in an airtight container. Dried blueberries can be used in yogurt, cereal, oatmeal and more, or consumed as a healthy snack.
