MANGO DRYING


In the initial stage of drying, mangoes must go through several washing, peeling, and slicing procedures.

The drying volume of mango slices is generally relatively large. TROCK-FOOD 5000 drying system can process 5 tons of fresh mango slices per batch. It takes 15 to 20 hours to complete a drying batch.

The drying time is divided into 5 stages.

  • Set the first stage at 55 °C, heat and dry for 3 hours.
  • Set the second stage to 60 °C, start dehumidification, and dry for 5 hours.
  • The third stage is set to 62 °C, dehumidification is continued and dried for 4 hours.
  • The fourth stage was set at 58 °C, the temperature and humidity were removed and dried for 3 hours.
  • The fourth stage was set at 55 °C and moisture was removed and set for 2 hours.
