Melon drying | TROCKNNER fruit dehydrator
How to dry melon?
A TROCKNNER dryer can be used to dry melon, but there are some key points to keep in mind.
Steps
First, cut the melon into thin slices or cubes, which will reduce drying time and improve the results. After slicing, spread the melons evenly on the drying tray without overlapping them.
Next, set the appropriate drying temperature and time. The drying temperature of the TROCKNNER can generally be set between 30°C and 70°C, while the drying time depends on factors such as the drying temperature, size and moisture content of the melon. Generally speaking, the drying time should be between 16 and 22 hours.
To ensure the drying quality, you can check the drying status of the melon regularly during the drying process. Once you find that the melon is completely dry, you can take it out and place it in a dry and ventilated place, and wait for it to cool down before storing it.
Attention
It should be noted that the drying time and temperature of the TROCKNNER dryer should be adjusted according to the specific model and conditions of the melon, and the above is just a reference. At the same time, pay attention to hygiene and safety during the drying process to avoid food contamination and machine failure.
