Banana drying | TROCKNNER fruit dehydrator
How to dry bananas?
A TROCKNNER dryer is a device that uses heat pump technology to heat the air and dry items. To dry bananas, you can follow these steps:
Steps
1. Prepare the bananas: Cut the bananas into thin slices or cubes and place them in a suitable container to dry.
2. Set your TROCKNNER: Set to the appropriate temperature and time. Generally, the temperature range of heat pump dryers is 30°C to 70°C, and the drying time varies depending on the size and thickness of the bananas.
3. Place the bananas inside the chamber: Place the prepared bananas on the trays and make sure they do not overlap during drying so that they dry evenly.
4. Wait for drying to finish: Wait for the TROCK - FOOD drying system to finish drying. This can take several hours, depending on the drying temperature, size and thickness of the bananas.
5. Removing the bananas: Once drying is complete, remove the dried bananas from the chamber and place them in a suitable container.
Attention
It is important to note that when drying bananas, you should not set the temperature too high so as not to destroy the nutrients and flavor of the bananas. Also, to ensure that the bananas dry evenly, you can turn them over periodically.
