SILVER drying systems are perfect for companies that want to increase their production and improve the quality of their wood. The TROCK - WOOD SILVER model is a three-phase dryer with a drying capacity of 1,000"/25m3/10,600BF of wood. Through its 9-inch touch screen, all the equipment functions can be executed, including program management, monitoring of the trends of the current cycle, setting the dehumidifier's operating mode, checking the moisture level of the material and other options. Conventional heat pump components are made with galvanized steel covers and when subjected to high temperatures and acidity of wood, these tend to corrode over time and the copper tube of the evaporator also corrodes, which can result in refrigerant leaks and loss of efficiency. However, TROCKNNER drying equipment is made of stainless steel and includes a special anti-corrosion coating on the evaporator, thus granting it superior resistance against corrosion. The TRK 2.0R controller is powered by the most advanced drying technology to date. All dryer operations can be performed on the 9” color touch screen, including schedule management, current cycle trend display, operating mode setting, wood moisture status and more.

Each SILVER dryer includes; TRK15R unit, an insulated aluminum drying chamber inside, air handling components, humidity sensors and PLC-based electrical controls with an intuitive operator display. TROCKNNER dryers are very economical and efficient, requiring only a small amount of electrical energy to operate, thus eliminating fossil fuel consumption and combustion emissions.
