TROCK – WOOD ULTRA

The TROCK - WOOD ULTRA model is our most powerful dryer. With a drying capacity of 4,250"/100m3/42,377BF of wood, all TROCKNNER drying systems with a suitable drying program ensure uniform and quality drying; the material will not warp, crack, discolor, degrade or oxidize during the process. This model is designed for those companies that are established in the market and know that there is an urgent need to electrify certain processes in order to reduce CO2 emissions that are harmful to the environment.

The TRK 2.5R controller works with the most advanced drying technology to date. On the 13” color touch screen it is possible to perform all dryer operations, including schedule management, viewing trends of the current cycle, setting the dehumidifier operating mode, wood moisture status and more.

Each dryer includes; the heat pump unit, an insulated drying chamber, air handling components and PLC-based electrical controls with a display Intuitive for the operator. Heat pumps are highly efficient and only require electrical energy to operate, thereby eliminating fuel consumption and combustion emissions. In addition, the chamber is optimized to facilitate loading and unloading.
