Our general manager, Germán Santibáñez Orellana, made a crucial trip to the Province of Canton, China, after four continuous years of development. The purpose of this visit was not only to consolidate the function of our drying equipment, but also to establish essential alliances to implement this technology in Latin America.
Throughout this journey, valuable business relationships were established with the main manufacturers of critical components for our equipment, such as compressors, 4-way valves, evaporators and condensers. The most significant achievement was the development of a drying equipment control system that ensures precise management of temperature, humidity and dwell time. These aspects are essential to reduce the moisture content in products, while preserving their quality properties, such as color, texture, nutrients and active ingredients.
