The TROCK - FOOD 1000 system features a larger 9-inch touchscreen display, with the ability to program schedules and record data. With TROCKNNER dryers, you can dehydrate food down to a moisture content of 5% to 12%. When considering all the additional costs associated with running conventional steam or gas dryers, keep in mind that our dryers use 40% to 60% less energy.
