The TROCK - FOOD 1250 2F model is a high-performance model with a drying capacity ranging from 1,200 to 3,600 kilograms. All TROCKNNER drying systems have a precise controller that requires only a few minutes of daily monitoring.

The temperature control switches supplemental heating on and off as required, displaying both the set point and current temperature. Humidity is managed by a wet bulb sensor which controls compressor operation. This is a simple, reliable and proven system. Each system includes the TRK07R unit, chamber and appropriate fans to ensure quality results in every cycle, meaning it comes complete with everything you need.
