The TROCK - FOOD 5000 system is a high-performance system with a drying capacity of 5,500 to 15,000 kilograms. It is worth noting that this model has a larger 13-inch touch screen, with the ability to program schedules and record data. With TROCKNNER dryers, you can dehydrate food to a moisture content of 5% to 12%. When considering all the additional costs associated with running conventional steam or gas ovens, keep in mind that our dryers use 40% to 60% less energy. Each system includes the 2 TRK30Rs, the properly insulated chamber and suitable fans to ensure quality results in every cycle; that is, they come complete with everything that is needed.
